Been doing this for hours, probably 50 times. I use the same card on Roku to pay for other services without problem. Go to your Apps section from your phones settings. I click on that button and a drop down list is showing that lists all the different providers. When I click on the Xfinity option to sign it , it doesn't even let me get to the section to log in, just says that it doesn't work. Other apps Netflix, YouTube work fine, I have to restart the device after each video to watch another. Remember, both services require a high-speed Internet connection. On the fourth device do you have a different version of the app installed? Follow our House Rules, so we can keep this forum as useful as possible. Started a chat today with Comcast using the tips found here, but it didn't work, even after they refreshed and I rebooted the Roku.
That other thread with the fix doesn't work because I have only ever used one login. Find Xfinity and the login. I'll update the article when the app is ready for use again. That is what this community is all about. I also just purchased my Dell Venue last week so if the latter is true maybe it depends on how long you have had it activated? No message is displayed, just reverts to the app screen. This sounds like a compatibility issue, I have alerted our engineers to help resolve this issue. Are you sure when you log in on your computer that it's exactly the same account you setup hbogo with on your xbox? You might want to go to the to see if anyone else is having problems. Now I can watch Sharp Objects and freak myself out at 2 A. This ensures others can benefit from our conversation. I don't understand why it's not supported. I don't have a problem with my cable box! Thanks for posting this, you probably saved me hours trying to figure this out. So I'm not really sure what to do at this point. The differences is what audiences they are targeting. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
I hope this helps since 3 phone calls to Xfinity help and Advanced Tech support did nothing. I've done several factory resets since this post a month ago and the problems keep changing. At any rate, for now this is fixed for me. I go to the site and the movie works. It takes you through the same steps as in the app, except when i selected Xfinity as my provider it didn't give me the error and i logged in just fine. Categories, , Tags, , , , ,. Likewise, all comments on topics should be helpful towards the issue at hand.
Haven't tried it on my 360 yet, but every other app works just fine. I signed out, and tried to sign back in. If there are plans to support the Mi Box. Restarting the apps, or uninstalling and reinstalling them can help, too. The trickiest part was getting throught the maze of prompts to speak to someone. And these new problems still exist when casting.

Today, I'm going to show you how to trick the app into thinking your Nexus 7 is a Kindle Fire, and in no time you'll be watching your favorite episode of The Sopranos or Six Feet Under. I've cleared the cache and cleared the data on the app as well. I did try a 4th android and it worked and let me log in. Unfortunately for us N7 owners, if you are on the latest update, the app will not work. I'm not sure if it was this specific process, or Comcast finally did something after denying it being their log in portal issue for the last 4 months of taking on the phone.
You can also turn off your modem for up to 30 seconds and then restart it. While we understand your frustration and are sorry that it took a while to reach a solution, we typically don't support or troubleshoot 3rd party applications whatsoever. Every other provider's login screen pops up without a problem. You can also turn Airplane mode on and off again, which sometimes fixes connection issues. Please if you have any questions or concerns. Other issues consist of not being able to login, videos not loading or running very slowly. Good luck since Comcast doesn't seem willing to admit it's an issue for all of us.

It gives an error that it's having trouble playing the video at this time. After following the instructions posted here I was able to log in! I can fast forward and see the preview bar below fine, but then playing shows the same pixelation. Thanks in advance for your help with this!! If so what did they say? Jesus, this box is just. It is unbelieveable that Comcast has let this drag on for so long without either fixing the app best idea , or just telling you what to do. In addition, it turns out that they are at the mercy of the manufacturer of their computer.
