If there are problems then it cannot be a 10! I loved AvsP 1 and this 2 was the first movie I wanted to get when I was back online. Predator 2004 was a good movie, I have a tiny soft spot and found it watchable at least, this hack job makes that film seem like the pinnacle of creature feature nirvana. There is gore galore which I'm sure will appease the easily pleased, and in one particularly monstrous scene involving a pregnant woman, a sequence for the squeamish to chat on the playground about come Monday morning. Characters so dense and unlikeable you root for the monsters by way of having no choice, dumb teens in angst, Rambo mom, ex-convict trying to do good, you name it and chances are you have seen it in other rubbish murder death kill movies. I think the poor lighting is why this movie did so poorly at the box office. De strijd tussen de Alien en de Predator gaat verder. They made sure power was knocked out and even emergency generators at hospital gave only red 'map light' illumination. Here's a little hint; either learn to spell or invest in a spell checker you ignorant muppet - it saves you from appearing uneducated in addition to being unintelligent. The director had a good story and some great visual effects, but they simple forgot to turn on the damn lights! One predator dogs the tracks of an alien. Was hoping for Big battles between the two, hopefully on a different planet. Be it the settings or confrontations, they have just upped the blood quota, the film has no substance what so ever. I hope that this chintzy effort does not stop the making of an AvsP 3 that is at least equal if not better to AvsP 1. There is nothing better than living in a white community and wondering why every character in this movie has darker complection then the blacks that live next door.
